This is apparently a new pedal that is being put out by Caraguitars.
They claim that it reproduces the Blackie strat tones. Don't know.
I sent him an email and asked him to post a vid on YT. Well see what
    happens.
In the meantime, has anyone heard of this company?

Wow. As if 'amp-in-a-box' pedals weren't enough BS*. You'd have to be a real sucker to believe that AND pay $329 for it.

*Disclaimer: Not saying they aren't good, but they won't turn your amp into a Vox/Marshall/Dumble like the marketing tripe says. YMMV.

Haha, that's crazy... They've stuck a $70 Fender mid-boost kit and a $15 TBX circuit into a box and tripled the price

At that kind of price it could include a Black strat in the package.

I had one, but the Clap Tone made me sound like Clapton. I got rid of it because I kept playing those same old tired blues licks...

The really funny thing here is that Clapton's "Blackie" strat didn't have the mid-boost or TBX.

That was my reaction too... It's basically the circuit that's in some Clapton signature Strats and they're marketing it like it's replicating Blackie. Very bizarre.

Wouldn't one be better off buying a Clapton strat?

Ohhh...now I understand. I saw the title and thought it was supposed to simulate the sound you make when you pee with VD.

Honestly, I thought it would be a sort of "Strat through Music Man amp simulator"...

Well, I haven't heard for the guy.
I think that the best way to sound like Clapton is to pick up a guitar
and learn to play. Then, by the time you reach EC's ability level you will
be totally uninterested in sounding like him and completely wrapped up
    in sounding like yourself.

I think the whole idea is as you all have pointed out. It is an attempt to sucker
    in newbies.

I think the idea itself is fine, a good one even. The marketing and pricing however, does seem excessive.
