Cioks 4A dip switch settings

I just received a Cioks 4A for a small pedalboard. There is no information in the manual, on the unit or on their website on how the dip switch settings should be set for changing voltages. I assume that the default setting it came is all 9v. But then I'm guessing. I need one pedal to receive 18v and need to know how to set it. This is ridiculous that Cioks doesn't give this information.
Does anyone here know?
