    I'm not a specialist in stratocaster necks... (suppose that's what's sister site strat-talk.com is for :)) .

Talking telecasters: even though some seem to contradict that, my Standards seem to have the "fullest" neck profile of my collection. The thinnest profile in my collection seems to be the CVC.

My limited stratocaster experience with Squier Affinity and Standards tells me stratocaster necks tend to be thinner than telecaster necks in the Squier range. I have no experience with Fender branded stratocasters.

I don't think any Squiers come with chunky necks as far as I know.
I have one of the classic vibe 50's anniversary gold strats and it has a medium slim neck.
Most things in Asia seem to be made smaller. I order 5xl t shirts on ebay from China sellers and they arrive looking like skin tight boob tubes.:)
    I'm normally xl size.

Chunky necks are rare in Fender Strats.
From what I have seen they are nonexistent on Squier Strats.

Of all the Squiers I've played the Indonesian Standards had the best necks.

As far as colossal necks go the Kay Model K1 8901 is a certified tree trunk.

Strat-wise the 1st Generation Jeff Beck Signatures are my favorite Biggies.

IIRC if you want a Squier Tele neck with a bit of chunk to it you can use one from the Squier Vintage Modified ‘51. The early ones were bigger than the later ones.

The one you order a replacement neck for from Warmoth or Allparts. In my limited experience, even "chunkier" stock necks are only 1 5/8" in width at nut, and for me, I want "wide/fat" like a PRS. I ordered a fatback(1" depth), 1 11/16" at nut from Warmoth, and it's wonderful. (for me)

If you want one of the best fat necks out there, try out any of the Wylde Audio guitars!! Zakk Wylde's company, best neck of any guitar in my collection!
Now if you don't mind setting up a guitar, look on Rondo Music. This is the guitar my nephew bought a few years ago, and it had a fat neck on it, I wish I had on all of guitars!! Great Mod candidate!!

The SE Strats have the thickest necks, but not all of them.

Squier '51s have reasonably full necks, as do the Squier Std Teles.

It's all over the place though.

I have owned Affinity Teles in the past, that are supposed to have skinny, thin, narrow necks, yet a couple of the ones I have had, have been nothing of the sort.

    Others have been as described,
