RIP. I've never seen Fleetwood Mac live, but I did see her tour with Lindsey Buckingham in 2017. Really great show, with lots of Fleetwood Mac numbers, Buckingham's solo songs, and the songs they wrote for their duet album.

One of my all time favorite singers and songwriters. Very sad news.

I've spent a whole "career" (as it were) in music trying to rewrite "Over and Over."

Big for me all my life. I don't often get mushy about the past, but 70s AOR was pretty great and I have great memories of mom singing along to these in our Capri with a very small me in the passenger seat. Formative musical memory.

Magical voice, great writer (I believe both of these are hers), some life. RIP lady.

She was great, and a rock n roll survivor. I listened to the Bare Trees album so many times I lost count. Glad I got to see her live with Fleetwood Mac, too, several times. She, with Mick, was always the voice of reason in that band.

And yet, nobody recognizes "as long as you follow" as being such.

I recorded a cover of that song way back in about 1989. Damn, she was my favorite voice in that band. I laid the guitar track (my only recording ever!), and I don't even remember the name of the girl who sang for it, but she did a nice version of Christine's vocal. RIP Singbird indeed.
