Very nice, you're playing common diatonic scales over its chord, chord tone playing. A little Spanish flavor over the V7 chord F#, nice.

    But,

A more popular solution is the B minor blues scale B D E F# A over the whole thing. Jimmy Page used the minor blues scale over his entire solo on Stairway To Heaven, and it's basically the same as your progression. Plus all the bends that go with it make playing minor blues lines so much fun and expressive.

Bm A G F# or Im bVII bVI V,, is not a diatonic progression, it's related to the blues, it's heard in tons of R&B and rock, Hit The Road Jack, oldie but same progression, It's also used in Jimi's All Along The Watchtower. One of the coolest progressions to rip some blues licks over.
