    Okay, let's have fun...

After yet again stripping the board of freeloaders, I have a gaping hole... As you can see.

Just added the hoof tonight, replacing two unsuccessful muff attempts. Love it!

    What should I put there?

Strat and, of course, Tele into 68 custom Princeton reverb.

I play rock, funk, garage suck, jamming out, whatever.

    Cheers,
    Axe

    Hi.

Darn, beaten to it. But, yeah, Rat.

That’s my default answer these days.

But (also) seriously, look to see what food group is missing and add that.

I like your style, but that's what left that exact spot! A good one too... Mojo hand Nebula.

    What's your next suggestion?

Look, I’ll be honest with you, you have a lot of “sounds” covered with the pedals you have. But you're missing “tone”. No board, and I mean no board, is complete without an Xotic ep booster

This little pedal amazingly boosts the overall quality of the tone coming from the entire board. Totally serious. I put mine at the beginning of the chain right after my tuner, turn it slightly above unity gain, and I leave it on all the time. I would not build a board without one in the chain. The difference with and without the ep booster in the chain is dramatic. I’ve found nothing else that sweetens the overall tone of my pedal board like the ep booster.

I know this all sounds so dramatic, but trust me - get one.

Because you already have a nice tremolo and reverb from your Princeton
I would add a looper or a phaser.

I’d say trem but you’ve got that in the amp...
Then again you ca never have to much tremolo. A harmonic trem for a different flavor?

    Either a B9 or a Miku.

For me one muff is never enough, but that's just me...

If your happy with the dirt pedals you have, then +1 on the EP booster. I use it only for the tele and it reshapes the tone to something I really enjoy.
If you want to go one more dirt - can I recommend the Mesa Flux Drive, its my solo boost pedal. Has a total different feel to most drive pedals and I use it mainly stacked with other drives.

Empress Compressor. Always on, set transparent. You'll be a better player for it - instantly! (or so it would seem...)
