Hey, Chip.... what's it all about?

"Special teams, special teams, and special teams."

Hm. Ok, you seem to be correct.

Vick seems pretty special himself, but not the right way.

Side note: Who thought the defense would be the stars? Of the first KC possession, anyway.

Holy crap. Didn't see THAT coming.

I may be able to forgive him.

I'm only just now catching the 4th quarter on streaming radio... KC is KILLING the clock. For some reason I had no idea Alex Smith was with the Chiefs now. He must be figuring something out. How many Vick interceptions?

OMG... ref just announced "Offsides, everyone except the center" on Philadelphia. How is that even possible?

I was totally pumped about the McCoy TD earlier too. Thought for sure it would be a comeback!

What a huge let down this game turned out to be. Eagles looked bad. Let KC off the hook by giving up that huge 3rd down. That game against Washington was an aberration.

Hey...I'm from KC and I agree...total letdown. Both teams did their very best to give away the game...

the offense was terrible the whole game...same with special teams...the defense showed signs of being very good...then that would go away...the defense did do enough to keep the score down...KC shouldve scored a lot more

Maybe Vick will be injured and next game they will start Foles or one of their other QBs to shake things up?

Part of me wishes I could have watched football tonight but another part of me is grateful not to have seen all the turnovers and missed opportunities.

Michael Vick fumble, Michael Vick interception, Michael Vick throwing it away... starting to sound familiar, new coach or not.

Glad I had band rehearsal and missed this one.

There was a reason I didn't post anything after that week 1 win against the Skins, like xstonr said...aberration.

Eagles have lost 8 straight home games. Just don't get it, but for whatever reason the Linc has failed to offer much of a home field advantage throughout the years.

He'll get plenty of time in Philly, start winning or your gone in 3 years.
Special teams need work.Michael Vick telegraphs who he is throwing to.
It also seems like they want Vick to roll to the right and hand off or fake so he can roll left and throw,Who is that fooling?

Special teams were a mess, Vick was just bad, but there was certainly plenty of blame to go around. How many times has anyone seen a center hit himself in the ass with the snap?

It's going to be a long season for Chip Kelly and Eagles.

Every time I see this thread, I stop & think: "Who the hell is Chip Kelly, and did they fire Joe Walsh, too?" :D

It's hilarious how reactionary the media and fans are around here. Don't get me wrong, I was pleasantly surprised week 1, it was promising, but still, I wasn't ready to crown the Eagles division favorites and conference contenders. I actually heard some nut jobs even saying 12-4, 13-3. Defense and special teams were 'improved' and Chip's offense is unstoppable, and 'as long as Vick stays healthy' etc...now just 2 weeks later the team is filled with a bunch of guys who shouldn't be in the league.

It's not everybody, some are remaining level-headed, but I just don't get why people can't let things play out a bit more. Is it a Philly thing or is it like this everywhere?

One game wonder? Next week, Denver. That should be really hard to watch.

I actually expect them to have a good showing against Denver...by that I mean cover the spread.

Nothing statistical behind my opinion, the NFL is just full of surprises from week to week. Whenever a team seems to not have a chance, things turn out different.

Yeah Peyton Manning will likely surpass his 7 Touchdown Mark he set week 1.
