Yep. The freight made it not quite as great of a deal considering its just the plate. But i have plenty of saddles. Can't wait to get it.

That price does include brass saddles. So, 75$ all in. Nickel or chrome.

The offset for compensation on the saddles looks a little drastic to me. I'd bet dollars to donuts that the intonation will end up being off in the opposite direction of standard, straight saddles.

What's up with this? Is it any different than an ashtray bridge besides the curve? Is it more ergonomic? What's the deal?!?

It has a lower, well rounded and polished, edges. The brass saddles are slightly bigger/heavier. And, I do prefer the style that gives you round saddles, over the cut styles that give a sharper edge. That last is just personal preference, of course.

It's on my Postmodern because it's what came on it. I do, however really like it, both the feel and the look.

A shiny smoothed out version of the RDS. Not bad.

Let him know you saw it on the forum. Maybe if enough people order from him, we can get him to give us a tdpri rate.

Wilkinson knock-offs, I have these on a couple rigs and they intonate nearly perfect (or close as I can get with my seiko tuner), string choice will make a difference but I wouldn't say drastic.

Love it. Wanted one since I noticed them on custom shop gear.I reckon they are a " nice point of difference" from the usual plate.
    cheers,

Just keep an eye on the stratosphere. I had it on my ebay watch list. They pop up from time to time for about 150$

A $15 set of Wilkinson compensated saddles installed in a stock Tele vintage bridge will do the same.
