I am working on a guitar that will have a wide range humbucker in the neck and single coil in the bridge.

I have 500k pots, I was thinking I would use a .022 cap on the neck and a .047 on the bridge.

I was curious if anyone here has built/owns a Custom and how do you have yours setup.

    Thanks.

    .

That cap plan seems sound. Have an 0.033uF on hand to test with in either/both spots.

I have a Brandonwound neck WRHB and a Duncan Jerry Donahue in the bridge, neck pots are 500K volume, and 1Meg tone with .022 cap, the bridge has 250K for both volume & tone with a .047 cap, and both tone pots modded for no load. This works just fine for me.
