I like Shiner beer, particularly their Bock.
I’m glad the more established Lone Star wasn’t mentioned.
It’s gotta be the worst beer I ever tried.

You are correct, Virginia does not have a football team, we now have the Redskins

Yes Sir. I've actually got it on vinyl. Bought it when it came out and paid less than six bucks. Those were the days. Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis made a great team.

Cigar City Brewing in Tampa is the one pictured for Florida on the map. Never heard of it.

I have had the Kilt Lifter, I'll have to wait until the holidays to try some of the other beers.

Miller is (was) really a Milwaukee beer but in the past month I read the current owner is taking Miller out of the name yet investing more in Milwaukee.

Some in that graphic are not really local anymore. The giants are buying smaller brewers to combat their problems. No offense to people who like sucky beer but where I work I see some negative response when that occurs. Many love local these days. Some of those acquisitions are becoming end cap specials instead of the national and international piss water brands that started gathering dust in stores.

Their Lord Chesterfield Ale was right up there with the best too, I must admit.

Back in the late 70s-early 80’s, every barroom in my area had Genny Cream on tap.

Hops and grains it’s all the same as long as it’s fermented (Sung to the tune of that Seventies Olympia commercial).

My favorite Michigan beer is Shorts Brewery's "Huma Lupa Licious." Named after Huma Lupa hops.
