For what it's worth the 'PictureThis' app says Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon). If it makes you feel better the app also says it looks healthy

We had tons of that in our backyard growing up. My mom called it Bermuda Grass, but she probably actually didn't know the specifics. I just know I've spent many weekends yanking it out of the ground.

Yes, and the bad thing is that nothing will kill it. If you pull it it will break off in the ground and come right back. If you spray with Round-Up or a similar product it will top kill but the roots will live and resprout.
