modern music is American
we nicked it
i think we are equal spouting music from our shores!
You say nicked.. I say improved.
maybe interpreted? yet i think not
See my sig.
my bottom line it's American
yet i welcome argument as is our wont
Modern music is nothing more than a reminder to me that at some unknown point in the last twenty years I slipped over to "the other side" of the generation gap. I'm not a full-blown "get off my lawn" geezer yet, but I see all of the warning signs that I'm not too far away from that point.

accept your burden
modern American music is American... I'll give you that much...
you are, wild guess, not American?
American music came from all over, particularly Europe and Africa. So if it goes back, it's just another step along the way.
Signed, an American
