Can I see all your sunburst 62' tele customs, I got a project in mind.
I understand these are one of the best value AVRs and was wondering how similar each finish is to the next.

    thanks..........

Its not an AVRI and the pickguard and the bridge plate have since been changed back to original. But it is an early Japanese '62 RI. My #1 guitar for the last 6 years.

This picture was already in my PhotoBucket. Not Fenders but Hohners...... The sunburst on the right is an excellent guitar.

Udister, I never get tired of that picture. I've got a thin skin Custom that could be its twin.

How do you post the same pic? When I try I get a "you already posted this image in such and such thread" type message. I don't want to re-post the same pic over and over but sometimes the image is relevent more than once.

Isn't a '62 Custom about the right guitar to start with to make a copy of the Clapton Blind Faith guitar? I've always loved that one.

    Please show it!

    1. Upload your pic to a image hosting site (like Photobucket or Imageshack).
    2. Copy the "Direct Link" of the photo.
    3. Go to your message, click the [IMG] icon and paste the URL ("Direct Link").
    4. Done

You can use that link as many times as you like :)

Yeah, all you need is a 50s Strat neck and a Leslie.

    Nope....but.....

....my brother has a CIJ 62' Sunburst Re-issue that is very very , I mean very here, nice. I could probably send you a picture of my "Pignose" if that helps. Just have a black and white 06' MIM and I'm black and white with envy.

John, how do you like your ESP?

I'm blown away by the quality of my Edwards Les Pauls and think they're better than any of the new Gibsons that I have picked up in the last 15 years, so I've always wondered what the ESP family could do with a Fender design.
