Sad news. Enjoy whatever time remains. Perhaps we can all hoist a mug one day in a better place.
sorry to hear
We're all just a stones throw behind you my friend.
Blessings on your journey.
You will be missed.
Vaya con dios brother.
We are all of us but pilgrims on this road.
I hope your soul-affairs are well in order, and I wish you peace
Slowpoke, you are setting a good example of how we need to face our mortality. Being a US Navy veteran, I subscribe to the adage of "Don't give up the ship!" and I encourage you to not only read future posts but (as health permits) to also reply. My prayers are for you and your wife.
Prayers and blessings sent to you and your family.
I have always felt that the people that show us the way out are the most courageous. Thanks Slowpoke.
My most sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and your missus. If there is hope there is still life.
We are here for you man.
Prayers to you and your wife and family. Thank you for including us in your thoughts.
You are remarkably brave and composed Slowpoke. You and your wife have had 60 years together and I wish you peace.
Sorry to hear that man. Don't know you and I'm not religious but I will send positive thoughts. Doctors are often wrong about how much time someone has too. I hope when my time comes I've got a loved one with me like you have your in your wife. Good luck.
May every minute you have left be pain free and spent surrounded by those you love.
Thanks Slowpoke, for sharing your time, and wits n wisdom.
Glad to know you are with a loving partner and that you still reach out to the world with your kindness.
May Grace and Light unburden, as you make safe passage from these shores to the next.
Well I am very sorry to hear that and anything said is pale in comparison.
However, I hope your time (long may It last!!) is comfortable and enjoyable.
At least know that a tear was shed by a complete stranger for you and your wife. Best Wishes from across the ditch
May your remaining days be as joyful as possible.
Bless you slowpoke, and enjoy every moment. None of us know how long we have left here on this Earth. My best to you and your lovely wife. Live the rest of your life in calm peace.
May the good Lord bless you and keep you always.
