hmm considering making tailstock pillar block assembly that can mount on my JET midi lathe and just run the rod through out the new tailstock to the buffing wheel attachment... wonder why this isnt tried... I've made a drum sander for my lathe that can be easily removed in a minute or 2 that works great and really do not have room for a big stand buffer...
