Just got done with mine and it keeps giving. Btw, it never dawned on me to use talcum on a neck until I saw your post in the other thread. Such a practical, common sense solution and it was awesome with this neck.

Got mine last week. 7.8 lbs. Sounds great and played well right out of the box. The high e string seems very close to the edge but that may be perception on my part due to the vintage radius and the rolled edges. Love the nitro smell, too.

Unfortunately, my local dealer received one 2 days ago. I stopped in on the way home from work today. They had to remove it from the shipping carton in the warehouse.

The pics don’t do the guitar justice! After tuning, I played it for 30 seconds and new it was coming home with me. Bid my AVRI fair well!

The Custom Shop Relic Broadcaster I ordered just arrived at my local shop. I will post pics and everything about it on Saturday when I am able to pick it up. Surprised it showed up this early as I was given a July delivery date.

Pics of my 70's Anniversary Broadcaster and am really pleased with the overall quality and love the sound from the Custom Shop pickups. Had the 52 reissues in the past and this is a much better guitar in my opinion. I am very lucky to have a Chris Fleming made Telecaster that really is amazing but this Broadcaster is pretty close and is a great companion!

Hi Gerry - congrats on the Broadcaster. I absolutely love mine and I agree the pickups and fantastic. In an ideal world the neck would a tad less tinted, but that's it really. And I love the body colour and grain pattern on mine.

Mine is 7.5. It is light and well-balanced to me. I continue to be blown away by its sound and feel. I think you are in for a treat.
