I've been playing mine through my Mesa California Tweed, and loving it. Both pickups sound great, imho. The more I play it, the better it gets.

Love the guitar. Couldn’t be less interested in that strap. It’s in the case.

The strap is so sad...I can't even get it over the buttons. As for the guitar, it is top notch. About to sit down with it right now.

Honestly, I thought it was a piece of dyed plastic crap until I saw the label that it was hand made Bison or something like that. It’s not something I could contemplate using. It’s a very sad light tan thing. It’s like a satchel strap for a 5 year old.

Thanks. I think the grain on the back is pretty nice too. My other guitars have had satin finishes so it will take some adjustment to get used to the gloss. Definitely like how the neck looks, though.

I dropped mine off at my tech today. I’m putting in barden pups and having the neck done because it’s just too darn sticky. Also having Straploks put on so I can actually play this thing.

Well, let the "relic-ing" begin! I tripped and fell into something last night and put a nice 1/4" dimple on the back. :( No turning back now, which Im happy about. I will installl my Bardens, get it set up for 10s and press it into service as an instrument, rather than a china doll! LOL!

Actually, I was immediately relieved when it happened...weird.

I picked up this nice strap from El Dorado for my Broadcaster.

I was taking mine apart and checking everything out the first night. Sure enough, screwdriver slipped and nicked the finish. Might as well get it out of the way!

Great strap! I have the same El Dorado strap for my new Fender Broadcaster.

Wow! That's an upgrade. I love me my Classic Vibe. Mine's the thin-translucent blonde one. I had a blowout on the bridge pickup for some reason it failed. So I replaced them with blackgaurds I ordered from Corona. My upgrade to a real American was with a 2018 Elite, in aged-cherry burst. Then I found a 2004 Highway 1 Texas, and now I, like you too am waiting for my brand new American Professional Tele (butterscotch) this week. Awesome! I almost got the 70th Anniversary issue, but the Pro's treble bleed circuit and compound radius won me out. But after playing your CV and now getting the Broadcaster you are hooked. Like me I expect the GAS shall prevail! Congrats! On OP, that is indeed one beautiful gem you got! Sweet case candy too! Congrats!

I was able to crank it up a bit in my home studio today. Played through my Mesa Studio 22. The bridge pickup sounds great.
Some really nice squeaks. Sounded good, and had some fun.
