I stumbled across this while surfing YouTube, and what sets it apart from the wealth of videos out there is that it appears to be amateur shot footage where you can see what his hands are doing throughout the whole song. Basically a crash course in incredible technique...

He had to cancel his Christmas tour because of severe tinnitus. I was pretty bummed to hear that.

That sucks. I have mild tinnitus, so I can sympathize.

That tour is spectacular. 5 years ago came out an d did 5 blistering fast songs in a row. I was exhausted. He looked cool as a cucumber. Unbelievable!!

I admire him for his " stand out" style. Love his Gretsch guitars.

Have always loved Setzer's work … he brings it, he's like the only cool rocker left, and seems like a pretty nice guy....figures the year my wife agreed to go to his Christmas extravaganza, he had to cancel. Oh well, maybe next year

Got to see the Stray Cats once, great show, they saved Rock n Roll for me and my friends when "Rock This Town" hit the airwaves.

I remember when they hit, I had no idea what rockabilly was, never even could have imagined that sound. Stray Cats, Dave Edmunds, , Billy Zoom, and even the Rolling Stones (their version of Twenty flight Rock turned me on to Eddie Cochran) Left dumb dumb rock music for good after that. ( well a few exceptions)

Great stuff. The guy is a legend.

The first time I saw Setzer play that was 20 years ago on TV.
