I bought this on CD over a decade ago, and then somehow immediately lost the discs. I still have the case with my other CDs.

Maybe I should just buy another copy...

The first 4 Eno "rock" albums are great, I love them! Plus the earlier work with Roxy music.

The move to ambient marked the beginning of Eno music that didn't stick, at least for me.

I'll try again soon.

I agree. But I think he had been moving that way before the ambient stuff. I like most of his work.

Sometimes you just need to relax.


While I no long have that album, I did really like it when I had it. A couple of years ago I bought it for my son, and he loves it. Interestingly, the same time I bought it for him, I also bought him Daniel Lanois' "Goodbye to Language", which he also liked. I bought myself the LP version of it. Interesting stuff. Very creative use of the pedal steel.
