There's a famous sports talk show guy on the tube making the case with numbers that Montana was the best ever Super Bowl QB, and Peyton Manning was the best ever regular season QB .... but the guy who wills himself and his teams to 7 SB wins is hands-down the GOAT, hard to argue that in my eyes. He's gone now and Ipads are breathing a sigh of relief everywhere; but fortunately the NFL has been re-stocked with some great young QBs and more to come.

I liked what Troy Aikman said, it was along the line of Montana is the best. I don't care about the numbers, I watched him play.

Still, it's hard to argue against Brady as being on the small list of QB's that can be labeled as the GOAT. Like Montana and Payton, he went to another team, raised their level of play. Along with Payton, he got a SB win out of the team too.

More importantly, Ozzie Osbourne is also retiring. He's cancelling his dove (head) eating contests too. Those of you who have always dreamed of squaring off with a bucket of pigeons against Mr. Osbourne, with a napkin tied around your neck, have just missed out. Ozzie has left the building.

I've always put Montana as the GOAT as well, until Brady made it a pretty strong case with all the SBs ... still, I'll always like Joe better for not screaming like a lunatic at his own players.

He needs to buy a private island and never be heard from again.
ha! he will replace Greg Olsen on the main NFL telecasts next year... he ain't walkin away from money and fame, he is walking into HUGE opportunities.

his personal life is probably not something anyone would understand but him. If you don't like him but you have an open mind. Watch the multi part docuseries on him.

He is a bay area kid (lots of kids from Ca become QBs--> Brady, josh allen, aaron rodgers, jeff garcia, jim plunkett, john brodie, john elway, and so on.. so, depending, we always root for them even when they are not niners. The docuseries is really good.

Loved that commercial! “Are you ready?!?!”:p
I was ready - put in my entire life savings into it ‘cause I believed in the GOAT!!! (** typing on my phone from inside a cardboard box on the side of the boulevard **). Not to worry - I’m firing up a new business placing tiny classified ads in newspapers around the country!
