I believe this musician is still kicking it hard. I like Boz and his way of doing things. He is bluesy now, but always cool. Word is he and Steve Miller went to the same high school in Texas..

Boz is still doing a fine job today. He is a great musician and performer.

I just saw him a couple weeks ago in concert. He's 75 now and his voice is still great.

Happy to hear he's doing well, but honestly, AM radio overplayed those two songs so much that I didn't ever want to hear him again.
Glad some time has passed now.

Love his blues stuff. Disco era, not so much.

Great musician, love his entire catalog. The one with Loan Me A Dime is great! Silk Degrees came out my freshman year of college. Great memories

Saw him last Thursday, he was in great voice and had a kickin' band.

I understand if you don't like his disco era stuff, but you really should check out his newer material.

I heard that right out of high school. That's a great song that should have been a hit across more than one genre on the radio.

Boz owns Slim's in SF, one of the great clubs for live music there, and is co-owner of the iconic Great American Music Hall. He also owns the Blue Light Bar and Restaurant on Union St.

Silk Degrees still has a warm spot in my heart. I remember buying it when it first came out, and wishing I could be as cool as Boz in his leisure suit. :D

He was bluesy at the start too. And as pointed out by others, he didn't just go to school with Steve Miller, he was in the Steve Miller Band way back in the day. Ben Sidran is another former Steve Miller Band guys who branched out and did very cool stuff on his own.
