Last Friday night my wife and I saw Boz Scaggs at The Fillmore in San Francisco. Really good show in a great and historic venue. His next to last show in a summer tour that began in May. He was onstage and sang for nearly two hours, and shared lead guitar with Mike Miller. Both played crackling and soulful solos. He played the hits and some blues. Folks came really alive when he played Loan Me A Dime and Lowdown. Boz remains a smooth and soulful performer.

I’m just a tad jealous. The best Boz Scaggs show I saw was at Warehouse in NOLA a million years ago. Amazing doesn’t come close to the show.

The Dallas Convention show was good as was the Tarrant County Convention Center was equally good but Warehouse was magical
