If you haven't had the chance, you're missing out. I wish I could justify another $7000 guitar, but that is not the case, and nothing I have is for sale. But, man, they are gorgeous works of art. And, they are made in Canada! The Adirondack spruce top and the maple sides and back (on the models that use maple) is also Canadian. Tempting!

i got one and yes it is a duty to look at them first as a Canadian if you're in the market for a boutique acoustic guitar :)

Which also suggests that the first choice for back and sides would be erable onde canadien, no?

They look like beautiful guitars and if I was in that market, I’d love to try some out, even though I reside on the south side of the border.

One curiosity from the way Boucher identifies 3 of their model lines - the Studio Goose, the Bluegrass Goose and the Heritage Goose. First knowing a little of the French instinct for preserving and encouraging the use of the French language, I was surprised to see “goose” instead of “oie” or maybe it’s colloquial or what?

But the choice of goose as a spirit animal was made clear on the website. Kinda cool

we either say "oies", "bernaches" or "outardes" I'd readily use the word "outardes"

I guess "goose" is easier to say for non-french speakers ;)
