No, you can get Photoshop cheaper than that.
I thought these were funny along with the Boss/Rat colab.
Funny because I tried really hard to pre-order the Boss Tone Bender and couldn't.
I thought that was the real deal, no?
Would still be happier with a BD-2.
I really liked the photoshopped BOSS Waza Space Echo. Too bad that'll never happen :/
I would like to see a ZVEX Fuzz Factory in a BOSS enclosure with the gate and compression parameters in a concentric knob configuration.....then again I just really like seeing Fuzz Factory's in any format!
If I remember correctly I believe I read that the BOSS Waza ToneBender was only going to be available to purchase in Europe. I could be very, very wrong tho, I honestly dont even own any BOSS pedals and anything Roland offers either so my incoming news about then sort of goes in one ear, out the other, and something completely unrelated is what I'll utter.
But a Waza Metal Zone, they can do.
Just don't get it If I want a Centaur clone... Damn sure I don't need to spend probably £600 by the time import etc taxes are applied.... Plenty of great British clones already, if I even thought I ever wanted one
Yo ho ho... Looks like I got suckered
It's not April 1st yet ...
The problem with this joke is that no matter how silly you make a pretend clone or boutique pedal, there is something sillier in reality.
Like paying >$5000 for an original?
Does it have magic unicorn diodes inside?
You could pre order in the US as well. I contacted a local dealer who was sold out. The issue about Europe is that Boss only announced the pre orders on social media for their overseas dealers.
Needs a gooped circuit to be authentic.
A label maker and an OD-3 gets you close.
Why not? I think there should be more collaboration between the big boys and the new guys ala Angry driver.
