I agree. Everything from PCB, assembly, cables, chassis look like far East OEM production.
Poor or wrong technical specs make me think it is neither a "designed in USA" product but just a commercial operation.
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe the sound wonderful even if I'm right.

I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade, but the pcb shot in the OP’s first post shows super cheap components.

This is just my opinion. The amp MAY be a good buy. I wouldn’t chance it.

In fairness a cathode biased push-pull amp can actually be "true class A". Just because the AC 30 isn't doesn't mean such a thing doesn't exist...

Oh, it definitely can be. It just wouldn't make anything close to 15W from 2xEL84 like the typical Vox/Matchless/Dr Z amp does.

Kinda reminds me of the recent VHT amps- "assembled in USA" from boards manufactured in China. That didn't end well for them. I have the handwired 5E3 from that series and it's nice enough, but I think they were trying to be "budget boutique" and it failed badly.

The Blues 15 is the same amp with some cosmetics differences as the Eagle Tone 15, Goldea 15 and
the Super Blues 15 made in China. These are pretty good amps. I have an older Eagle Tone
version and really like it. These are pretty well built almost overbuilt cabinet wise.

I'm picturing two guys in a metro ad agency, sipping soy lattes and bouncing ideas off each other.

"What do you think they do in fly over states?"

But you can never squeze 30W class A out of a couple of 6L6.

According to GE, you can get around 15W in push-pull Class A1 under typical conditions. page2.jpeg

Right. They're claiming 15W from a pair of EL84 in "Class A" (or 30W from 4), and 30W from a supposedly "Class A" pair of 6L6 in their ad copy. Not happening.
