Apologies for spamming the forum, I've gone from hardly posting to posting three threads in the space of less than a week! Anyway - when I was tinkering with my new 50s Road Worn Tele, I noticed a body stamp that's located underneath the pickguard: Does anyone have any idea what SEAGRAV6 refers to?? I've tried furiously googling around but I've found nothing so far. The only thing I can think of is that Fender decided it needs to stamp Road Worn bodies to make sure they're identifiable as Road Worn bodies and not true vintage bodies, just in case anyone decides to try and defraud someone down the line at some point... But why SEAGRAV6?? And why not something like RDWORN? Anyone else got a similar/the same marking?
