    Finished this up today.
Mahogany body, maple neck with amaranth finger board, Wilkinson tuners.
Humbucker sized P90 with Bare Knuckle True Grit in bridge. Wilkinson bridge with brass compensated saddles, orange drop cap, braided wiring etc....
Hand fabricated and hand engraved pickguard and control plate. Still waitin on a couple of control knobs.
Really pleased with how it sounds, especially the P90, really meaty warmth. The Bare knuckle has the bass and mids prominent with less trebly harshness, great sound as well, both pickups compliment each other quite nicely, make a good blues axe...

Very cool. Love the guard and control plate. Did you do those yourself?

Nice looking guitar. I like the open grain finish and your work on the guard and control plate. Good stuff!

Ah good thing it IS blue. Otherwise it really wouldn't sound right for blues. ;)

Jokes aside, very cool build! The body grain is amazing!

    Very nice! :)

I put a P-90 in the neck of my BrotherHood Build tele.

They sound fantastic in that position.

edit: What did you use for a finish coat?

I'm looking for a finish that protects, but looks like it's not there.

Nice work on the pick guard.

The pick guard instantly reminded me of my first guitar, a brand new Teisco back in the '60s.

I was thinking about a fancy-ass Esquier pickguard. How do I find you on Etsy?
