I would like to know if i can use black limba for the body and the neck of a tele. I am thinking of using ebony as fretboard. Can you give me some advises for the selection of the neck wood in order to match the body the guitar. Is it possible to use maple and change the color of the wood. Thank you.

Black Limba makes a beautiful neck. Haven't moved my stuff from Photo bucket so can't post a pic you can see. I have built a black limb body and neck tele with a single bridge hum bucker and figured maple cap. Fret board is Cocobolo. Ebony would look good with limba. You can stain Maple too.
