    Anyone ever tried using a no load tone pot with a q-filter? ideally, you could switch it off and remove it from the circuit. Would this even work?

    I've been thinking about that. Doin' a "q" filter with just a switch in/out with one those tiny micro switches just to see what it'd sound like.
