    Bill Bill Bill...
Nice sounding guitar, he does get a great low end clarity out of it, I could enjoy that and generally feel that the shorter scale loses some low end clarity.
The shadow of your little surfer girls smile, huh, I've seen Bill do some crazy stuff and now saner but sideways sane.

Is the violin supposed to be playing off pitch on a lot of notes?
Sounds like a sloppy player, of one who is outside their comfort zone.

Yes to one of the many 24.75 conversion necks that work with the Tele stock bridge location.

Lovely color. This is the only bridge acceptable other than a true vintage bridge, for me personal. These don't look out of place.

Also I've always liked the idea of a half ashtray cover. Either for a vintage bridge or it would obviously work on this type as well. It would give your hamd a place to rest like an acoustic, but still leave the bridge and bridge pickup visible.

I had Warmoth build my Gibson scale neck for my partscaster.

Lurker here - you guys are amazing in building guitars like this. I had no idea there was such a thing as a short scale tele... I am HUGE Bill Frisell fan from way back (I'm old). I actually got to ask him a question at a concert, but I was pretty nervous and was probably barely coherent. Something on the line of how he developed his "voice." He really is one of the few guitar players where, whatever he is playing, clean distorted, jazzy, surf music, standards or some crazy avant-garde thing, when you hear him playing (on the radio or TV score... for example) you just know that's him.
