    Beat me to it.
I have an SOB, clean channel sounds glorious. Mk1 or 2 cleans are also great.

Twin, Super, JTM45, Bassman, AC30, all love Teles.

You know what.... I was about the sell my 57 Champ reissue but after I got the nocaster I realized what a great match this amp is for this guitar!! Freaking amazing! Who would ever think an 8" speaker'd amp could sound so great! That is my vote. (for now)

    Dr Z

Hard to beat a Dr Z Monza for small venue or the big Dr Z Wreck for big.
IMHO they have the Fender articulation with a beefier low end.

Here's my vote, but I'm sentimentally biased.

For me, it doesn't get much better than a '63 Brown Super. Always enjoy plugging into a Bassman too, but I've never owned one.

For a country twang sound I found that a Fender amp with 10" speakers did it for me..
My old Brown Concert was killer, but one time I did a Telethon and was set up with a Music Man 210..Mind blowing twang..

My avatar. '77 Deluxe and a '52 (reissue). Actually, I may have to redo that avatar, and swap in the PV '64. I may have done so by the time you read this!

My Tele's and a Fender Twin Reverb, Deluxe Reverb, or Vibrolux Reverb. All great and all different and I can't decide.

For what? If the Tele and an amp were intended to do just one thing, there might be an answer (plus a bunch of previously unconsidered but provoked opinions). And if it were truly intended to be answered, only someone who had tried all the possible options. could answer it.

The question is misrepresented here. What's actually being asked is "Hey everybody, lets all talk about what we think is the coolest stuff, whether we , own it, or just know about it and wish we did.", which isn't even a question, much like the OP.

"What's the best way to get the most people to say the most stuff about the most things, without anyone having to actually produce a correct, objective answer about anything, since I never intended to have the question actually definitively answered anyway?" Threads like this.

Heres a list of amps my Tele has sounded amazing thru...

    Dr Z Z28
    1970 Twin
    Marshall 18 watt
    Heritage Victory
    Marshall JMP50 watt
    Reeves Custom 18
    Upgraded Peavey Classic 30
    Upgraded Blues Jr
    Upgraded Roland Blues Cube 30

Im no help. I think the Tele can sound great thru any good non deathmetal gainy tube amp. But classic Fender amps, any of them, are the obvious choice. They literally WERE designed and built by Mr.Fender specifically FOR each other. Cant say that about many things nowadays. Leo was building amps because he needed things for his new electric guitars to plug into because there wasn't much if any back then.

Too many to mention. How about all of them! I'm happy with my Swart AST Master MkII, but I've heard Tele's through gazillions of others. Literally, anything.

I think most folks agree that "best" isn't a useful term. Why not ask "What are some of your favorite amps to play through?" because that's the nature of responses anyway and then we all have a chance to learn something. Just saying. The adaptive nature of the tele makes for a lot of good, enjoyable combinations. Vibroking? Super Reverb? Blues DeVille? Blues Jr? Marshall? Ampeg Gemini? Had premium fun with all of them…I'd love to try Dr. Z, Goodsall, Carr, one of Muchxs's, H&K, Peavey Delta Blues, I'll be happy to try 'em all.

Just as a general concept though, I think "personal favorite" is more useful than "best.

I use a Hot Rod Deluxe and a Cabronita. Seems to work fine anywhere, mic'd or "au naturelle".

If you like the sound you're getting, you're going to say whatever you're using.

For me it's my Tele through my Vox AC15.

Oh, and my Strat through my AC15, and my SG through my AC15, and my Sheraton, and my other Strat too.

Pretty much anything sounds good through my AC15.
