Best speaker for jazz

Hey Mikey, that's interesting. How is a Micro Terror for jazz? What speaker do you prefer with the MT for jazz tones???

Not the best amp for jazz, but still... lowering the gain too much the volume would dissapear as well. I prefer to use it with Delta 15" compared to Ragin Cajun 10" or Celestion Tube 10. The last one is also a good variant as well, but the 15 has more headroom.

For an original '64 Fender Vibroberb? I have a Jensen in there that I am not happy with.

I have to be honest, I hated the texas heat, it had the weirdest freq response. Dark,with a nasal mid, and not a lot of bottom.


I really like the WGS g12c/s.

Considering your post describes Stevie Ray Vaughan's tone, sorta makes sense ... Texas Heat.
