    Bought this one recently because I kinda liked the woodgrain in the body. MIM '72 Thinline. I slightly aged (tinted) the pickguard and neck. New electronics and pickup rebuild (Revel).

    My only Telecaster for now...a 1983 52 reissue. Got it last year and it is my main guitar now. After being a Strat and Les Paul player for 35 years, I am so happy to have a Telecaster. I love it.

    Just put this together from a knotty pine body. Fender OV neck pickup, SD A II Pro bridge.

    Amber shellac on the pine, nitro finish.

    6 lbs.

    I have to put out some pics of my recently completed parts caster, the candyapple red ,warmouth necked "rosie". i think she looks good ,but sounds even better. the neck pup is a seymoour duncan alnico 2 aptr-1, while the bridge is a g&l mfd . IMG_6026.JPG IMG_6035.JPG IMG_6033.JPG

    Its got a B5 on it now, and note the LP style toggle below the tone knob, just to be a bit different.

    squier cvc...this is a three-piece body. You have to hold it up to a light and look REALLY closely to see the seams.

    Squier Vintage Modified in aged Olympic White, replaced pickguard with tortoise and replaced switch plate with separate toggles to give 7 tones plus all-off/standby.[​IMG]
