    Heading into Alberta for the weekend, are there any must see Fender guitar stores in Calgary? Preferably SE?

    Not in the SE, but Guitarworks on Mcleod Trail is usually worth a look.

    ^That's kinda SE. The main L&M on 58th Ave is a big store.

    I did, although it may get me kicked off the Tele forum!

    My pet Tele, my pet guitar, is a Vintage 52 RI Hot Rod. Love that guitar.

    I thought the chunky neck was perfection ... until I picked up an Eric Johnson Strat at Guitarworks with an even more chunky neck! I was wanting a good Strat... Lust at first grip. The new guitar price was more than I wanted to spend, so came home and within a day found a minty 2006 2T sunburst in Kelowna for a good price. It arrived today, and is all I hoped and more.

    Now I’m thinking about a Ron Kirn Tele with EJ neck in Sherwood green and rosewood neck. Yikes!
