I'm in as well for Daphne Blue with a rosewood fb. That's the next build, anyway.
For me it's 3t sunburst, black, candy tangerine or green sparkle.
The two in my avatar--
Double-bound three color sunburst
Double bound Candy Apple Red
I think black or sunburst look best with cream binding. The contrast of black surrounding the binding makes the body look very crisp.
I have sunburst tele with cream binding: fantastic but a bit classic.
I have a white tele with black binding: stylish, modern.
I love a candy apple red with cream binding and I find a lake placid blue with an almost white binding very classy...
But what I would really like to get is british racing green (not the Affinity colour, but proper BRG) with a cream binding... a bit unusual and very attractive...
But let's face it: they all look great!
Fiesta red or green sparkle. Got 'em both!
Wow...That is SOME collection of doublebounds!
Here's a colour not yet posted - Fender Squier FSR Gold/Bronze (with Fender Custom '62 pickups and a nitro All Parts neck:
I currently have a double bound surf green partscaster in the works.
Classic Series Baja maple neck, cream binding, white pearl pickguard and gold hardware.
Nashville style with two Strat pickups, with cream covers, and a Tele bridge.
I’m partial to 3TSB with a tort or mint guard.
