I wish I could find you a KSHE 95 Bumper Sticker from St Louis with the pig smoking a joint in fluorescent orange.

Oh that's long gone. The building isn't even there. The 90s were such a wasteland. All the storied old venues were just obliterated.

Remember KROQ well, you probably remember KGB from the same time. Only 95.5 is still kicking (with the same format) arrow became Jack FM (imagine a 24 hr "do you really want to hurt me" station" and you get the picture) One great station still playing on the central coast is KPIG really eclectic from reggae to bluegrass.

Oh man... The Z-Rock AM 1590 sticker is the bomb. I lived for "M-M-M-Mandatory Metallica", and the local show (1:00 PM was it? Hosted by Jeff Gilbert?) where I discovered some great local and not-so-local bands. Runner up: the Pleasure Elite, Willard, and GrunTruck stickers. I also remember seeing Willard at Pain In The Grass at the Mural Ampitheater (before they moved it and started charging money to go), and the guitar player had his Marshall stack turned up louder than the PAs. They were apparently banned from further performances there.
    Ah, the memories...
