Danelectro Daddy-O, $8, garage sale. Love it.
Joyo range is very good
Danelectro D-8 FAB 600mS Delay
Best or at least the handiest is a Dano Fish 'n Chips EQ and I actually spent less than $25.
Probably the best $25.00 I've spent on pedals has been on postage to return the ones I've bought, tried, and didn't like.
Fab Fuzz (DanElectro) - $15, Joyo Vintage Phase ($lightly more at $33), also just over the thread limit - Joyo AC Tone ($33), and Eno OCD clone ($30 used). Some killer pedals here!
Behringer VD400 (copy of the Boss DM-3).
Their chorus pedals sound good too.
GC didn't know what they had! MINT condition DS-1 MIJ Black Label with original box, $25!
I will agree with earlier input that the Ibanez potatobug EM5 Echomachine is a great delay pedal
I picked up a Fender Starcaster Chorus at Target a few years ago for under $10. Excellent sound and construction.
Of course, that didn't change the fact that I absolutely hate chorus.
I bought a 2nd. Gen. Ibanez TS-9, a Cry Baby wah, and a Boss DD-6 at a yard sale last summer. All in like new condition; paid $20.00 for each of them.
Used Ibanez TS7 - $20.
Digitech Screamin' Blues, purchased while I was in Olympia, Washington without an amp, and figured I could at least go into the PA with it. I ended up borrowing another bands' DR Reissue.
But now it's on my pedalboard as a clean boost (gain on 1, level to whatever I need).
Got an Ibanez PQ401 parametric equalizer for $20 once. The guy didn't know what he had. Great pedal. I eventually sold it for $125 when I didn't have any more use for it.
I also bought an Arion analog delay for $25 once. Really nice sounding pedal, but broke after a year or two.
I went to the dumpster once and found a Boss Flanger laying on the ground next to the dumpster on the ground as if to say "Take me home". Got it home it worked fine.
I got a EH synth(Can't remember the name) pedal at a thrift shop for $10.00 that was a vintage pedal. I ended up giving it to my Guitar Playing Son for his birthday.
Not long ago I picked up an Ibanez TS-5 Sound-Tank for $20.00. Looks hardly ever used and the switch works great. The thing sounds as good or better than any of my high end TS's.
BOSS FS-5L — perfect to engage Fat switch on the Blues Junior
I remember reading where the Los Lobos guys were saying that this one sounded really good
Biyang Tri-Reverb, $23 new on eBay. Terrific little reverb! Awhile later I went to buy another one but they'd gone up to $50.
Same thing happened with a Behringer RV600 Reverb, $23 online, then when I went to get another one -- $50. I use it strictly for the "shimmer" mode on selected songs.
(Behringer seems to be hit & miss; with the RV600, I ordered one of their delay pedals too, but it was definitely a 'tone suck' so I returned it. No complaints about the RV600.)
EHX Metal Muff for $20.
I got my Keeley Time Machine Boost for free
