Bell and Howell projector question

    does any know the difference between the bell and Howell projector amp models? For example the 179 VS the 385?

    I know the 179 has no power transformer, and the 385 does.

    I have a 179.

    You have to loop the film in a certain way when you thread it or it won't run right.

    Sorry, having a junior high school A/V geek flashback...

    I used to service them a million years ago. I don’t have any info around. Some of the 16mm projectors had decent amps in them.
