    Ummmm, does a wife's bass amp count?

I've got my own bass amp, but she has a few. We are still working on the house and move things around often. Well, she only plays one at a time, right? Well, it got shoved behind something else and lol and behold, one day a year later, she wanted to play through "that" amp and it was missing.o_O We could not find it until one day looking for something completely different ... she found it behind some of my empty guitar cases in the rear of the very future master bedroom bathroom. Busted.

Misplaced, no. I did just rediscover an SG and Marshall Super Lead that I forgot I owned...

No, but I'd like to have the real estate & amp collection large enough for that to happen.;)

I once misplaced our drummer's deep snare. Took me two years to find it and I found it in my storage.

    He wanted to kill me.

Is that why she’s an “ex-wife”?

I wouldn’t have liked that much myself

No, but I loaned a friend a handmade acoustic 20 years ago and haven’t seen it since. We’re still friends. He can have it. My gift to him. I play electric 99.9% of the time anyway.

At work, I,m fine. Get home, and I am the king of losing stuff. Turn around take two paces, turn back around, and poof. Tape measures, pencils, etc.
Strangely enough, don't think I have ever misplaced an amp. Motorcycles and Kenworth, yes...

I left a amp in a business that I sold-figured I would pick it up and forgot about it- business closed=amp gone. Was a 70 vibro champ-not my fave amp, but would have been nice for the collection now!

Whenever I can't find something around me, it usually turns out I'm sitting on it.

Also: we don't use the word "befuddled" nearly enough. Perfect descriptor for me 99% of the time.
