I sound my best after 2 beers. How about you?
I don’t drink beer when I play/gig.
It makes me play noticeably crappier.
I don’t need that.
I do drink beer.
I just drink it at home, when I’m doing nothing else.
Like when you sent someone out for beer and they return with a case of Old Milwaukee Lights....
that sure changes the tone of the party....
Elixir of the gods....so yes.
We're talking tone not playing.......so yeah, my tone gets better in a one to one ratio with the amount of beer I consume. After a twelve pack or so, the tone I hear is right up there with the best of the best (at least that's how I perceive it)
Ain't it the truth? Don't even get me started on what happens with tequila!
Tone doesn't improve with alcohol. My playing sometimes does. There is a fine line. BTW. I think there might be some people wiping their guitar down with a beer right now. Just wondering what type of beer is best? If you want a lighter tone, Coors light, darker, tripple Stout. Ha ha.
And today I got off work early and wife is helping a friend paint.... the gods were good to me today.
Beer improved the tone of my playing AND my marriage.
She divorced me when I stopped.
There are definitely bands I like more with a few beers.
Judge for yourself
Everything is better with beer.
The towel improved the tone.
My strummy strums get way WAY sturmzier when I get turnt!
I play better when I have been drinking.
SING better too.
And I'm more charming and attractive to women.
Old bar band statement to crowds.......”The more you drunk, the better we sound!”
Well if the audience are the ones having the beers then sure...
A bird never flew on one wing.
She divorced me when she stopped.
