A two humbucker solid body is the most likely candidate for new guitar gas.

This is very interesting and visually captivating.
Any owners out there wanna talk me into it more?

I was at PRS when the NF53 was under development. Lots of good ideas went into this guitar, and the narrow-field humbuckers sound great.

If you want to get into this tone without the steeper admission price, check out the PRS NF3 SE. It's sort of a reboot of the original US-made DC3. I have one and it's a tone beast.

I would jump on that in a heartbeat.

If it didn’t have the birds on the neck. I have tried and tried for many years and I still just can’t stand those birds.

That's a very interesting design.

Paul makes great guitars.
If you want a PRS, and you like the vaguely-Tele shape, I would give it a go.

I lusted after just one PRS guitar for years myself, and two months ago, I finally found it and bought it.

The SE's are under 1k and AMS will let me take a year to pay them.

I like the two pickups with space between, and that doghair finish.

I have a couple PRS guitars. An S2 Standard and a limited run CE 24. Both are terrific guitars. In fact, lately they’ve become my ‘go to’s’. The CE has the byrds, the S2 has dot inlays. I love them both.

So, what’s wrong with the Byrds? They gave us some great folk rock, country rock, even psychedelic rock. They should not be so chastised!
