I can't wait to see this.

The only critisism I have is on the clean animation, for me B&B were at their best in the first two seasons when the animation was shoddy.

When it was initially announced they were coming back Judge said they would have aged and be chronologically correct so, in their late 30's ?

    That seemed interesting to me.

    Regular B & B ?

    Not so much.

It would be interesting to see them aged appropriately, and have a history from the past 15 years that we get caught up on as the series progressed... like, Beavis spent a little time in the pen, and Butt Head is an IT geek.

But what will not be interesting to me is if they're critiquing and making fun of current MTV shows and music. In the original series they made fun of what was on MTV at the time... celebrity cage match, Winger videos, etc. But since I haven't watched any MTV in 10 years or more, I probably wouldn't really get some of the jokes if they're making fun of 16 and Pregnant or Jersey Shore.

He also said that there would be episodes where B&B would be in their 60's since he couldn't see them being in their 20's or 30's

So it's either teenage B&B or Old Men B&B.

I wrote a fanfiction story in which it was the other way round, with Butt-Head doing time and with Beavis joining the Marines.

    Here it is.

Yeah, I think this happens to a lot of animated shows. The first couple of seasons are a little shabbier then they start ironing everything out. Voices, too.

I'll be putting it on the DVR schedule. Bringing B&B back may be the only interesting thing MTV's done in the past decade.

Yeah, I can't wait either. I'd prefer them to stay the same age. Bart Simpson did for 20 plus years.

Nope she won't be there. Because when in 1995 the pre production for the series began which changed THIS Daria...

    Into THIS Daria...

...without Mike Judge's input, he all but dropped her from the show. As far as he's concerned, she started a solo career and she isn't asked back into the band again.
