Interesting. I'd really like to see a transcription of the dialog on the tape.

Also, it's fun to see George with the rosewood Tele. I've read that it weighed a ton.

Yes it looks great... weighing a ton was cool back then it was all about sustain.

Know this : had John not been killed, they would have reunited sometime in the 80’s .

    All signs point to it.

Could have been great. Then again, it could also have been great , with huge-sounding drums !

It was the 80’s after all...

While Phil’s a drummer, that was the flavour of the day...this is now. This isn’t just any band, there’s a lot of expectations behind taking on that responsibility...I wouldn’t wanna come off as Phil’s Spectre

Cool story. I'm kinda over the whole "what broke the Beatles up" thing because I think their breakup was a natural progression and it led to a lot of great music from the individual artists. Maybe a more fun exercise would be to debate what songs by the solo artists would likely never have seen the light of day had they stayed together?

Wow. Paul flat out telling George he never liked his songs.

This reminds me of when everyone says “what if Hendrix was still alive... what if Randy Rhodes was alive they’d be doing...”

You know what they’d be doing they’d be like The Beach Boys were and milking the cash cow of 1960’s songs/greatest hits

I think I saw somewhere that Ringo had more hits as a solo artist than the Beatles did
