Here's another. I see a number of classical and jazz players playing high up. Kinda like the "high waisted" look.

I don't think my wah will work if I'm not making the sound with my mouth....

Or an adult looking for a nipple......

I like to do it while nekkid and flexing.
Otherwise it just seems a pointless waste of time.

Funny enough I just started doing this, and I recommend everyone do it. It is good to be aware how you look while performing. I realized I look a little weird while sometimes singing, and its good to look a certain way while you are rocking out.

looking in the mirror and benadryl. that doesn't seem to go hand in hand. but, who am i to question?

nope, never thought about playing in front of a mirror. but, now that you mention it, it may show some technique flaws by seeing how i manipulate the guitar. hell with the cool part. ha!

    play music!

I quit doing that a long time ago. I don't even like to see myself in the mirror to shave. I haven't been cool looking for several decades. No matter what guitar I'm posing with. ;)

I've always admired people who seem to have two brains (one for singing and another for their instrument). Paul McCartney, Geddy Lee, immediately come to mind. I asked a friend who has a two-brain system how he does it. He said he has to practice singing and playing in front of a mirror.

It's such a drag putting on my push up bra, high heels and mesh stockings just to work on my posing technique.

    BUT IT'S WORTH THE EFFORT!

I had a very narrow and slim mirror, in the hallway. Whenever I mirrored with a guitar, the mirror image chopped the head off so it looked like a headless...not cool... at all...;-)

I’ve got to think some of the people claiming “not me ... never!” have to be kidding.

Come on, guys. I did it all the time as a teen. And the vast majority of us picked up guitar for ... the ladies.

Then again, maybe a lot of you have been serious artists and craftsmen your entire lives. Me? Guitar seemed like a good idea to attract attention from the fairer sex. It worked! Thanks, mirror!

I've looked at my reflection in glass, but I don't think I could stand a mirror because I don't want to see my mug.

Geez, I only did that a few times, and that was when I was 14. I'm sure I have at various times later, but only for checking my hair before taking the stage.
