I’m thinking of buying some roller guides for my Delta 14” bandsaw, Rockler sent me a 15% off coupon. Are the worth the money or a waste of money? I’ve had bandsaws for years always wonder how good they are.

A lot of folks like them for the typical 14" bandsaws like your Delta because when setup well, they are very smooth in operation. Do keep in mind that if you change to a different width blade, you need to be sure you adjust the guides accordingly. With something like CoolBlocks, there's no damage to the blade if the guide is in contact with the blade teeth, but with roller bearings and other "hard" guids, there is. Carter is the leader in this space.

On my Rikon the bearings work fantastic on my old "offshore" model I switched the bearings for cool blocks and blade lube

I also love them on my Rikon. I have not owned a big bandsaw before, my little crappy Craftsman that I had for decades had terrible guides.

@SacDAve, if they have them for your Delta with the tool-less adjustment, go that route! I can't stress that convenience enough!

When you get time SACDave have a look at the Alex Snodgrass instructional video on how to do a proper set-up using the blade roller guids as well as the whole blade set-up. The blade roller guides should only come into play when the blade wanders from the optimum running position. The Alex Snodgrass tutorial will explain it all much better than I can, but it greatly improved my saws performance drastically!
