Glad that the jumpers fixed the problem for you! Plugging your numbers into Rob's bias calculator shows your 6v6 idling at 110%. It's a bit warm but many vintage 5f1 have been running this hot or hotter for years and some of them are still using their original power tubes. I wouldn't worry about the slightly higher B+ if the amp sounds good to you. Getting the line voltage down to 120v will drop that B+ a bit and also cool your bias down a touch if it's really bothering you.
