Do you have a DAW (digital audio workstation) application on your computer or device? That's the most popular way to handle playing back the track and recording your take. Of course, the exact mechanics of doing that depends on your software, PC/device and interface (mics, modelers, mixer, etc).

If you don’t have any recording software you can just use your phone to make a video of you and the track. Do a few tests to try and get a reasonable balance.
