I'll set the bar real low here. Just two guitar tracks in distances at times.

    Oops!

Very nice, almost hypnotic in a psychedelic way, almost British.

That's a really cool fusion, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Jamming with Bob Dylan and his band.
    What a night.

Great job, great ending, into the black hole lol.

This BT sounds like something that the famous Tim Pierce would play over.

Great takes guys, it's an honor to participate and listen to you.

While we're here I have a question for you:
I am struggling with volume on my recordings, I've got my amp mic through the focusrite and straight to daw.
I always have to up the gain on the audio interface, plus up the input gain on my daw track and also use a boost pluggin...
Is this normal, is it the microphone (Sennheiser XS1)?
The tone is pretty correct to what I'm hearing, I mute the speakers so that I only listen to the track through them. It's really the volume that I struggle with.
    Thank you guys

I have the same problem, I record direct most times. I'm new to recording so I don't have an answer but I'm thinking a pre-amp may help, but haven't tried one yet.

I have the feeling we're doing something wrong.
Wouldn't the pre-amp kind of mess with the original tone of our amps?

Sounds pretty normal. Your microphone is a dynamic one, and if you don´t feed it with bigger volume from your amp the signal it puts out is low, so that you have to turn up the input gain from your interface and even boost the signal in your DAW (this is why I use the Cab Clone). Both should not influence the sound of the recorded guitar.

    That's good to know then,
    would a better/different mic help?
Cab Clone is an IR unit, right? I heard of those but never felt the urge to get one
