Oh, I did enjoy! What you hear is the first complete playthrough. Though there are some warts, I decided to use this one; it has some nice moments, I think.

@NWinther : fierce, fierce - great, especially the second half.
@ghostchord : really nice! You have a theme you work with, the second guitar really adds to the track; nice ending, too. Looks like you are learning fast, definitely your best track so far.

No guitar today. Yesterday I made a stupid thing. Was replacing old pedalboard and thought I need rubber feet from the old one. They were glued in the bottom of the old board.

Instead removing them, ended up shoving scissors (deepish) into my left hand, between thumb and index finger.

Today doctor checked it. Was surprisinhly ok. Of course tied and cleaned already yesterday evening. Fortunately no other damage but some flesh wound. Got recipe for antibiotics in case it starts to inflame.

Note to self: Don't do that anymore

Btw. I didn't even need those rubber feet in the end

@NWinther - The intro was sweet with the swells and a very nice phrasing all through, it really rocked.
@ghostchord - Good mix! Well, thought guitar arrangement and phrasing.
@udoering - Lovely intro and a great build up and very good tone, the arrangement of your phrasing were very good.
@warthog - Smoking playing on the instrument ensemble section and a super rock tone.

I'm glad it's a flesh wound and not anything very serious . Get well soon.

@NWinther : That was powerful, powerful.
@ghostchord : Agree with udoering, your best one so far. Keep on going.
@udoering : Fat tone, starts peacefully and then grows, i liked those those landscapes.
@warthog : Very pleasant fuzzy / overdriven tone with good amount of sustain, nice pace and your playing really comes alive after halfway.
@Mellencaster : I'm enjoying your single coil tone every time, having only HBs myself at the moment. Spacious, clear, nicely played lines.

Any advice on uploading to Soundcloud? My highs (cymbals) sound like dirt on this recording.

FYI I record with ProSonus Studio One

EDIT... I think I fixed. It.. I did the mixdown in Mono and it sounds better. I dunno. I guess it works for now!

@NWinther - You tone is always awesome and your signature. It worked really well with this song. Great leads, scorching leads.
@ghostchord You nailed the tone with this one. These rock ones seem to fit your style of playing and you knocked it out of the park with this one!
@udoering Really like your tone on this one and your playing got hotter and hotter as the track progressed. It rocked.
@Mellencaster I heard some hints of Dave Gilmour in your tone. Your playing was very smooth and you let the song breath. Good one!
@estreet nice contrast between the first and second section. Great tone and feel. I really liked the lick at 2:22. Just Wow!

Here's my take, trying out a new IR, the York Audio Matchless 2x12. Chain is Mosrite JR Kit guitar (neck mini HB) -> Orange Kongpressor -> Peavey Hotfoot Distortion (after 1:40 only) -> Hotone Binary Amp (Matchless Chieftain model) -> Keeley Caverns Reverb -> Hotone Binary IR Cab.
