Some sloppy noodling with the slide.

I played to the backing track then removed the bt leaving just my two guitar tracks, I tried some bamboo chimes but nah, I might put my acoustic behind it, I will do one with the bt, but I had to try this scientific experiment first,

    Backing track on low

Here is mine; basically a one shot. Now I will prepare to visit my daughter because of her birthday. I wish you all a happy halloween!

I saw "Country" in the title and I thought, "OK, country - so I will try to imitate Brent Mason or Clarence White." But that does not seem appropriate...

Cool track. The change caught me off guard the first time I listened to it. Yes, there is a door closing that can be heard. My son came up to tell me it was time for lunch. :)

@knh555 Great slide attempt. I love slide, but I've never gotten very good at it.
@ASATKat ... I had to make sure I didn't have too many beers at lunch, but it was trippy... it a good way!
@udoering Sounded very good. I liked how you approached the change.

my take, (maybe a little boring) just rythm stuff during verses with tremolo on the left and slide on the right.

squier strat neck pickup for 1st chorus, HB bridge sor the 2nd one.

My first thought was you sounded like Dave Mason, not the same tone but similar playing. Ok, maybe some Dickie Betts sound in there too, Sweet

I like your three note theme, and all that sweet major pent playing. I also liked how you navigated the
Bm to C change. Very nice.
